Read only Marketplace access- system demonstration

Read only access to the marketplace can be requested by a departmental key contact. This access will allow the user to search the Marketplace and add items to a basket, the basket is then shared with a Buyer who will place the order in iProcurement.

During this session we will demonstrate the end to end process.

For the user with read only access:

• Logging in via the weblink
• Adding items to the basket
• Sharing the basket with the nominated buyer
• Standard format of the email to the buyer

For the buyer:

• Finding the shared basket
• Checks to make
• Checking out the basket

• User that have been given read only access
• Nominated buyers
• Departmental key contacts who would like an overview of the process
