Project Management CoP: Project retrospectives (lessons learned) New
In recent years retrospectives has taking over from lessons learned, in many ways they serve the same purpose; to review ways of working in a project. However when you say lessons learned you immediately imagine a meeting where the objective is to discuss what went wrong with the project. Project retrospectives have a more positive connotation from the agile principles of teamwork, collaboration, and celebrating successes and can happen throughout the project. The goal of a retrospective is to reflect on the team’s ability to collaborate Please join myself, Delivery Manager at UIS, and Product Manager Holly Cox where we will explore how you in a structured way can gather knowledge and insights throughout lifecycle of a project and ensure continuous improvement.
This session will be run by the community of practice for project management. Find out more here: Join a CoP (sharepoint.com)
