Join us for this session to look at tools for Strategy Deployment (Hoshin Kanri). Within this session you will hear from:
- The CI team who will explain the concepts behind Strategy Deployment using Hoshin Kanri and how it fits with the Improvement Kata and Plan, Do, Check, Act
- Colleagues from Cambridge University Press and Assessment who will provide a practical overview of their journey with Hoshin, how they have developed it, and how they use it in practice including updates, engaging others etc. alongside an overview about how it can drive from a strategic level, down into individual objectives.
The session will end with a discussion about how this can be used practically within your teams.
Target audience
- Colleagues across the Collegiate University with an interest in process improvement and in particular linking improvement activities to strategy .
