About the speaker

Carrie helps organisations work faster and more collaboratively. Her research into meetings provides a pathway out of meeting gridlock and supports bolder meetings which get to the heart of what matters, faster.

Carrie founded employee engagement agency, Onefish Twofish in 2005 and later the social business accelerator, 50th Generation - both pioneers in new ways of working. She has completed major ways of working projects for over 170 companies including Pfizer, Mondelez, Pizza Express and BNP Paribas. She went on to complete a PhD, examining meetings as a systems problem, at the University of Cambridge in 2021. Now she is focused on transforming meetings at work through her research-based approach, FewerFasterBolder.
