Description
This self-paced practical course covers the most commonly used features of Microsoft Word and is suited to complete beginners or those with limited experience of using a word processor.
Target audience
- All current Cambridge University members (departments and colleges)

Prerequisites
- Basic computer skills i.e. familiarity with using a keyboard and mouse
- The course is aimed at beginners - no previous knowledge or experience of wordprocessing is assumed

Notes
- The course will be taught using Word 2016 on PCs but will also be suitable for Word 2010/2013 users. Apple Mac users of Word 2011/2016 should also find it useful.
- Participants work at their own pace using a workbook containing notes and exercises
- Course files can be downloaded here
- Please note that this self-paced course is generally run alongside the Excel 2016: Introduction (Self-paced) course as the instructor can assist in both courses
