Want to practice giving Teams Live Events? Then join us in this informal introductory session to manage and deliver a webinar. The maximum number of participants for this course is limited to 4. You must have Teams installed on your computer to participate. You will need a working webcam, speakers (or headset) and mic.
You will:
- Learn about Teams Live Events
- Practice delivering a Live Event, please have a short PowerPoint and one other application ready to demonstrate.
Target audience
- All current Cambridge University members (departments and colleges)

Format
- Interactive training that is instructor-led online using Teams with video, demonstrations and practical activities
System requirements
- Installed Microsoft Teams app. Please note you can't run live events without the Teams application.
- It's advisable to make a test call in advance of the session
- A link to the online meeting will be sent in your booking confirmation email and event reminders
- The course will start promptly at the time shown below but will be open up to 30 minutes beforehand should you wish to check your audio and visual setup. Using a webcam is optional but using one will give you a better learning experience.
- Your computer set up may be different to others on the course and there are small variations when using different operating systems. It is helpful to keep the instructor informed of the system that you are using.
