Aims
To try Nordic Walking and experience how it may help contribute to wellbeing.
Format
Brief presentation in the Bragg Committee Room, followed by practical outdoors tryout.
Notes
- Sticks are provided.
- Wear sensible clothing for the weather and shoes that are comfortable to walk in.
