Falcon-on-Drupal: Update and Q&A session new Finished 14:00 - 15:00 Online
  • A presentation and Q&A session to discuss the development of Falcon-on-Drupal – a new version of the Falcon website content management system (CMS) service based on the Drupal platform – and the migration of sites to the new service.
  • The session will be led by Nick Mattin, Head of Service Development at UIS. We’ll be joined by Barney Brown, Head of Digital Communications in the OEAC, who will be able to explain how the migration sits in the context of the University’s Digital Presence Programme.
  • Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions about the development, service features and how the migration may affect their sites.

  • Dr Nick Mattin, Head of Service Development at UIS, will present a summary about the Falcon-on-Drupal migration project and the development roadmap for Drupal.
  • Barney Brown will provide an update on the Digital Presence Programme and the future for University websites and resources for site owners and editors.
