Bioinformatics: Using the Ensembl Genome Browser BeginnersPrerequisites
The Ensembl project provides a comprehensive and integrated source of annotation of, mainly vertebrate, genome sequences. This one-day hands-on workshop offers a comprehensive practical introduction to the use of the Ensembl genome browser as well as essential background information. Non-vertebrate genomes at a related project, may also be explored. Further information concerning course content is available. A course timetable is also available.
