Because research is a collaborative endeavour, conducted within and across groups, team dynamics can have a big impact on your research output. In order to achieve your own goals, it can be helpful to understand what factors contribute to the behaviour of a group of colleagues, how you can best navigate these dynamics, and which elements of team dynamics are key to successfully leading a research group. This is your chance to learn and practice! In this highly interactive workshop, you will experience different aspects of team dynamics through a series of situation-based activities.
